We ship to the UK, EU and EEA, USA, Switzerland, Singapore, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. For all other country destinations please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
For all UK orders we use Royal Mail. Next Day, Recorded Delivery and Saturday Delivery are all Tracked. All overseas deliveries are tracked, and we use DPD or DHL.

Where can I see my order status and history?
You can view your order status and history by visiting your account. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one in order to view your order history.
Where are my card details saved, is this safe?
Due to PCI Compliance we do not store any card details.
If you use Shop Pay, that lets you save your email address, debit/credit card, shipping and billing information so that you can complete your transactions faster the next time you are directed to the Shopify checkout. As all payment gateways and processing systems use Level 1 PCI DSS (the same level of security as banking systems) your details are always stored securely. You can opt out from Shop Pay at any time.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Visa, Diners, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
How secure is my payment?

Can I pay in my own currency?
You can order in any currency, but all orders and transactions will be in Sterling GBP. Your bank will calculate the rate depending on your currency. Currency rates may vary and are subject to the daily rate.
