The Rimini Mink lashes Promise

We at Minkeyelashes would like all our customers to be completely satisfied with the purchase of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the product(s) back to us and we will refund or replace it immediately. Goods must be returned back to us within 7 days from date of delivery.

Either of us shall have the right to terminate the contract between us without penalty within 7 days from the date we accept your order. In the event of termination we will gladly refund to you all sums paid to us and you shall return any goods that we have despatched to you. Termination of contract shall be without prejudice to the rights and duties of either you or us accrued prior to termination.

For hygiene purposes, and in view of the nature of the product, we will only accept returned items which have not been used. We would like you as our customer to make sure the product is exactly what you require before opening the package or using them. We will make every effort to ensure the quality of our product is to the highest standards possible.

We do not refund the shipping charges, unless the goods were received faulty or damaged in transit,

However, if you do wish to wear mascara, we suggest you apply the mascara on to your natural lashes prior to applying your Rimini Mink Lashes. Mink eyelashes do not really require mascara to be used.

7. Can I Curl my Lashes?

Yes, most definitely you can curl your Rimini Mink Lashes, and because of the 100% Nature of the fur, the curl will stay in place for a long time.

8. How Do I store the Rimini Mink Lashes?<

9. Can you swim with the Mink Lashes?

This is definitely a NO, with the nature of the mink fur, which is very delicate, both Chlorine and sea water could actually ruin the shape of the lashes. So we suggest you remove your lashes before taking the plunge!!
